Mammolth Melting is specially bred for harvesting sprout leaves. The variety is high yielding with many branching. It allows for extended window for harvesting sprout leaves. The sprout leaves are large with distinct shape and leaf veins. The eating quality is excellent particularly for stir fry.

This variety grows under relatively cool climate. It has better cold tolerance. Heat tolerance is limited.
